Veracis takes its name from veracity — truthfulness. Fund operations run on data people have to trust. We are changing how fund-servicing SaaS is delivered: greenfield whole workflows end to end, designed for 100% straight-through processing, using your core systems where they are up to the task and replacing them where they are not.

Why now

Fund-servicing SaaS,

Fund-servicing technology has been bought one point system at a time, each implemented over months and stitched to the next. The workflow ends up being whatever is left between them — partly automated, partly manual. We think the better thing to deliver is the workflow itself.

Fits your environment

The platform is designed to plug into how you already work, not to replace it: one front door and one sign-on for every application, with multi-factor authentication and access set per user — down to region and country. Your own files and feeds come in, password-protected workbooks included; external systems are reconciled, never overwritten.

Connect what works, replace what doesn't

Each application stands on its own; together they form a whole workflow on one governed fund record. Where your core systems are up to the task they stay in the flow — read from and reconciled against, never overwritten. Where they are not, a Veracis application is designed to take the step.

Built to work alongside AI

AI is only as good as the data under it and the controls around it. Records on the platform are structured and sourced, and changes reach them through people — maker-checker approval, a saved version, an explicit confirmation. Confidential and governed

Each client organisation's data sits in its own database. Maker-checker approval, versions and audit trails are the way data is written, not a module added later. Notifications go only to the organisation the record belongs to.

Veracis Analytics was founded by a fund-servicing practitioner with over 25 years in ETF and fund operations at some of the world's largest financial institutions.

The applications come directly from that experience — years inside the workflows where fund servicing breaks: the manual hand-offs between systems, the launches waiting on data, the operating models nobody could keep current. They start from what operations teams actually do, not from a market map.
